What data we collect, why we keep it and how you can have it deleted.

This page explains what personal data the ArtMedia Acting Academy website collects, what it is used for and how it is protected.

The website only collects data that users provide voluntarily: name, age, city, phone and email in the application form; profile details of registered actors and the photos and videos they upload.

This data is used only to contact you, to enrol you in a course and for casting submissions; it is never sold to third parties. Casting submissions are made only with the actor's own consent.

You can ask for your data to be deleted at any time — just write to info@artacademy.az. The website only uses essential cookies (login session and language choice).

Data is stored on the academy's own server and only authorised staff have access. Passwords are never stored in plain text; login sessions expire automatically after a set time.

The website does not use Google Analytics or similar tracking systems — no data about visitor behaviour is collected. Where you are redirected to an external service (for example a map), that service's own privacy policy applies.
