Online Acting Classes — from Sumgait or Any City
If you can't travel to Baku every day, you can join ArtMedia acting classes online — from Sumgait, Khirdalan, Absheron or anywhere in Azerbaijan, from home.
ArtMedia Acting Academy is based in Baku, but students can join our classes not only from the capital but also from Sumgait, Khirdalan, the Absheron district and other cities of Azerbaijan. Online classes follow the same approach as classes at the academy: more practice than theory, individual feedback for every student and steady work on assignments.
Many acting skills can be taught effectively through a screen: speech, diction and voice technique, text analysis and monologue work, on-camera acting and improvisation exercises. For on-camera acting the online format is even a natural environment — today most castings start with a self-tape, a video the actor films and sends in. In online classes you also learn how to shoot and present a self-tape properly.
The online format suits students from Sumgait and Absheron, people living in the regions, those whose work or study schedule makes daily travel impossible, and beginners who want to try acting from home first. All you need is a phone or computer with a camera and microphone, a stable internet connection and a little space to move.
Students from Sumgait, Khirdalan and Absheron can combine online classes with stage rehearsals at our studio in Baku if they wish. The courses offered online and the current schedule may change from term to term. To apply, fill in the form on the website, call +994 55 957 89 99 or message us on WhatsApp — together we will choose the option that fits your goals and schedule.
